Kiriban for *mybreathingselfagain! One of her ideas for me to work with is Snape during his years as a professor. I'm not too great at depicting age, but I gave it a go. Hope you like it, dear!

Goodness, I almost gave up on this piece, but now that I've managed to finish it, I'm so happy I didn't.

I was wondering... How do you feel about fanvids on youtube with images from DA? I came across one last year called "The Prince's Tale" with James Blunt's "Tears and Rain". It was eventually taken down, though. The lyrics and the use and selection of art struck a cord with me. Now I've come to associate Snape with the song.

this kinda looks like snape's getting ready for his first day as a professor at age 21, and he's pulling on those unfamiliar clothes, and he's like, 'what the f*ck am i getting myself into?"

I just love how your portraits contain so much depth, emotion, and personality. When one looks into the eyes of the people you've portrayed, they enter a whole new world. That's what portraits should be.
